- Incredible, talented, faithful, quality people to work with - Pay is competitive for the area - Quality, Evidence Based, Care given to patients - Magnet designated facilities and constant growth
Cons
- Management needs to realize their quality is going to start plummeting if they don't support their staff better. - It appears the administration now desires growth over dealing with broken systems within the institution. - Very little respect for a work life balance - the feeling in the hospital is that the leaders start panicking when things get crazy and don't make sound decisions.
