      Pros

      A empresa oferece bons benefícios, aparentemente até incompatíveis com o faturamento local. Boa localização e instalações confortáveis. Decisões locais são tomadas de maneira ágil.

      Cons

      Ambiente com clima negativo, instabilidade, insegurança. Rotatividade demasiado alta. Falta de liderança. A empresa parece sem rumo, por causa da demissão frequente de pessoas que ocupam posições de liderança. Os valores da empresa são consistentes, porém as tentativas de implementação são forçadas, repetitivas e com dinâmicas e exercícios que remetem aos anos 1990. A empresa está muito longe de conseguir fazer bons lançamentos em tempo hábil, a sorte é que possui bons produtos.

      Benefit package is wonderful with no downsides.

      The company has many teams and levels which makes it seem like advancement is unobtainable.
