      Pros

      Great benefit. Very smart and many nice people that want to do job and make forward progress without being derailed.

      Cons

      Constant reorgs that do not help. Layoffs that impact bottom folks but many have golden job security. Pressure to be aggressive and then poor quality and lots of issues. Ticking box high priority. Inconsistent messages with new slogans that appear than disappear.

      Benefit package is wonderful with no downsides.

      The company has many teams and levels which makes it seem like advancement is unobtainable.
