      Good benefits. You get alot of free benefits that makes this job well worth it. Some of the workers are in the same position and will tell you the same.

      Cons

      Bad company culture. You have to deal with alot of problems and negative attitudes. If you have a problem and express concern, you can guarantee that nothing will be done.

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
