Pros
Working for UC Davis was a stable job and was a convenient location. Most employers are considerate of the students' need to put schoolwork first.
Cons
It was difficult to advance in position and the jobs, in general, do not pay very much above minimum wage. The tasks can also be extremely tedious. They jobs are also really difficult to get because there are a lot of students vying for the same position, and often jobs are only for students who qualify for work study.
