Pros

They will sponsor you to get licenses, train you on how to properly service clients, but then it is all downhill from there.

Cons

You will quickly outgrow the very nature of the business. The pay is incredibly low compared to competitors, the entire business is stuck in the 70s, our fees are 30 years outdated. Everyone is incredibly burnt out. Same mind numbing and meaningless tasks every minute...every hour...every day...every year... I think you get the point. Please don't work here. Theres so many other great and meaningful things to do in life.

Pros

Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

Cons

Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
