Poor Management - Anonymous employee UBEO Employee Review

When I interviewed, the management team went on and on about how great the culture is… That should’ve been the first warning. What is surprising is that most of the people who work there are fantastic, in spite of the management. However, good people and bad management does not equal good culture. I don’t think a lot of people who work there are happy because the productivity demands are very high and the management team is extremely particular. Be prepared to be intensely micromanaged by leaders who are very high on themselves.
