No training, unrealistic expectations and no positive recognition - Operations Representative TÜV Rheinland Employee Review

Pay is lower than what it should be for the work load. Since I started over 6 months ago I still haven’t received official training. I was brought on and thrown to to wolves to figure it out. This is a unique industry and requires careful attentiveness. Processes are overly complicated. Programs are never fully working making the day to day work load feel even larger. High turn over making for picking up peoples missed work and then get blamed for it.
