Good salary, nice office, you can always talk to HR

- the company was boght from Valcon so whatever they say you need to do like that - full micromanagment and everyday stress -poor education, you are mostly on your own -monthly detail reviws where is to much irrelevant information what did you do wrong, basicly they would say and smallest stuff -everyone on the project works on their own so you are not in a “team” - you dont have any protect from Typeqast because everything is like Valcon say

It was a great starting point for someone who was just learning how to write automation testing and learning everything about software testing methodologies etc.

-Too many people on the bench -Waiting for the project (sometimes you would wait for months and months) -Some of the clients were very disprespectful
