Pros

Salary is excellent You can work from home The overall team is lovely, friendly and outgoing.

Cons

Tymit culls those out of employment who suffer from mental health conditions with no support, understanding or recognising that mental health is a serious debilitating vulnerability. If you tell Tymit you're looking to be promoted and you have a mental health condition and they know about it, they'll deliberately drag your progression out and make you jump through hoops, whilst other members of staff get promoted over the top of you who have worked in the company for less time. Before culling those with mental health problems they tell those employees that the reason for culling is due to no jobs being available for them, yet they kept hidden secret available job roles from those employees, don't inform them about it, and hire another person already employed without a mental health condition into that role. Furthermore, after culling has been finalised, you've been told that no jobs are available, and not even in other depts that you're interested in, and your contract ends, Tymit then proceeds to start hiring in a job role you had interest in.

Pros

Remote working Decent salary Good team

Cons

The majority of Tymit’s management team are pet owners, a trait that seems to be favorably viewed within the organization. Additionally, possessing a distinctive accent may contribute to an elevated perception of authority or influence. The majority of management possesses limited to no experience in the field or subject matter relevant to their roles. Promotions are often awarded to individuals who engage in excessive flattery or favoritism, or those who fabricate compelling narratives. Skilled storytellers are likely to receive pay increases or promotions and are taken seriously by leadership. Conversely, employees with substantial knowledge and expertise are frequently overlooked. The HR department operates inefficiently, resembling outdated technology with slow and unresponsive processes.
