Great benefits as a state agency; rewards for being industrious, increasing efficiency, having a good attitude and being a supportive team player. Contribute to the team and you'll do well.
Cons
Administration's culture is to hold information, which negatively affects morale. Turnover at the Executive Director level the past several years is disappointing, and negatively impacts the agency. Past administration created too many chief positions and redundancy of services between divisions. Get back to basics, support the field and front line employees where roads are being built and maintained.
