I started as a new consultant at TwoScots with no prior experience. The amount of time and training I was given allowed me to grow and develop into a very successful and well respected recruitment professional. Jeremy and Jason go above and beyond to provide a top class working environment, client experience is at the forefront of their values, whilst also allowing consultants to let their personalities shine and have fun along the way. The commission structure is one of the best in the industry. No deficit model, no discretionary decisions, it’s all in black and white. Extra benefits include flexible hours between 8am-6pm, with standard 40 hour weeks - you are not expected to work longer than this. Awesome days out - Australian Open, Melbourne Cup, winery trips and all inclusive trips interstate - Sydney on a chartered yacht for example! You also get your birthday off and free coffee and fruit in the office. It truly is the best business I have worked for and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a career move, you will not be disappointed.

An office environment doesn’t get much better. A chef to prepare lunch would be nice.
