Good benefits, competitive pay. Regular schedule. Nice area to live.

Repetitive. Improvements are very slow because everyone is too busy just keeping the current processes running and the very few people who are suppose to be improving the process aren't on the floor working the line, so they are blind to >90% of potential improvements. Also, there is a disconnect between sales and production. Many products are highly inefficient, but are included for completeness. Like an italian restaurant that includes chow mein on the menu because one customer, one time, asked for it. Many other amatuer type logistical issues between planners, warehouse, supply chain and the production line. A good, albeit immature business, with a lot of potential.

Good compensation package. Free lunch and snacks.

Management are lacking the skills they need in a global company. Does not operate as a multinational company. Lack of vision and direction, extremely poor forward thinking and planning. Anyone outside of the Bay Area is marginalised.
