      Pros

      It's a nice place to work with a good team. The pace is quick as you'd expect at an agency, with diverse projects making every day different. I feel valued and trusted and have regular appraisals to support learning and development. The weekly learning hours are a good perk where I have time to learn new things.

      Team are nice as are the clients

      Cons

      God awful owner who speaks to you in the most condescending manner. Unsupportive, unappreciative, gaslights you, lies, and ties one arm behind your back to watch you fall. I tried to ask for help and give honest feedback and was ignored and mocked. The team is only 8 people, with almost all of them leaving in the past year - including myself. Fires everyone and burns the others out. Please don't get sucked in by his charm like I did. It was genuinely traumatic working here.
