Pros

HMO that has a one dependent but you can only have it if you are a regular employee which is about 6 months employed.

Cons

- Overwork Employees. - No remorse on the job task. - Will create a narrative just to remove you from the company even you are already a regular employee. - False promises. - Only cares about numbers rather than employee growth and development. - Unfiltered Managers (Cursing etc.) - The ultimate micro-manage where you are observed through spyware and cctv cameras,

Pros

Room for growth: Over the past few years, I’ve definitely learned a lot at TvStartup. The company encourages you to take on new challenges and gives you lots of chances to improve your skills, which is something I think has contributed to my skills becoming better as a programmer. Collaborative: The team is pretty tight-knit. There’s always room for discussion, and it's easy to communicate with both developers and management. It’s a good balance of being able to share ideas and get feedback quickly. Varied Projects: I’ve worked on a number of different projects during my time at TvStartup, which has kept things interesting. It’s a mix of both routine and more complex tasks, which keeps me engaged and sharp. Access to leadership: management is usually transparent with company goals and encourages feedback and can get questions directly answered. It’s good to feel like your opinions are heard, and they really seem to care about progress you make and things you get done.

Cons

High expectations / deadlines: The pace can push you. There’s always a drive to get projects done, which makes sense due to the projects impacting clients and the clients needing fast turn aound times. It’s great for challenging yourself but can be stressful if not able to get things done fast enough. Inconsistent workload: some weeks are incredibly busy, while others can be a bit lighter. It’s hard to predict, and when things ramp up, it can get overwhelming with multiple priorities.. mostly depends on client demands.
