1. Some senior in some other team creating politics in other teams. the teams are improperly managed. so many don't know from whom they take orders. 2. Mainly office politics, we can try to stay there where there is little. yes , politics is everywhere. But it increased and is affected the work. and satisfaction. Due to this reason , so many employees left that company. other wise the company is good. the management is good. but the main mistake here is management didn't took the politics seriously. Also if they know this before ,then it can be avoided. So many didn't said because of fear of seniority.

Salary is a little bit on the lower side. But a great opportunity for freshers.
