Literally nothing I have to write a 20 word minimum review but I cannot think of one positive attribute of Turtle Bay. So, literally nothing.

I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully (is an understatement) and so frequently by anyone, ever. The majority of staff walked out of the job because of this reason. Wonder why it has such a high staff turnover? The managers have clear psychological issues and are sadists. They feel the need to talk down to female staff (never the male staff) to make themselves feel better about their sad little selves. On multiple occasions I walked into staff areas to find young female staff (17 year olds) in tears because of the way the male managers (in their 40s) had spoken and harassed them. It's really sad that a grown man enjoys talking to a woman young enough to be his daughter like she's less than human. I, along with many other staff, have genuine reason to believe a manager took sexual advantage of a vulnerable girl who was at least 20 years younger than him. If I had clear evidence of this taking place, I would have brought this issue up with him immediately. They are sexist. Only hire staff which are easy on the eye and management had disclosed that fact many times to staff. On few occasions comments were made about my body and hands sometimes wondered near to body parts which I'd rather not have creepy old men touch. If I had the money to, I would without a doubt took them to a tribunal. They are racist. Most of the managers are white men who have commercialised on black/Caribbean culture. They hire the odd black person in attempt to cover their tracks. "We're not racist! We know black people". Well done. I'm ashamed to say but I was driven to tears on a few occasions because of the way management spoken to me. On one occasion I cried before even starting the shift because I knew I had to endure yet another stressful shift being bullied and harassed by a man twice my age. At the interview, I was promised near full time hours with a good pay. Fast forward two weeks and I'm on 4 hours a week. I clearly could not afford my rent, bills etc. Instead of earning money, this job lost me £1000 in total which took me two whole years to get back (I'm a student). I can't even describe how depressing, soul sucking and self esteem ruining this job was. I still feel the relief when I walk past that I don't work there. I much preferred working for Wetherspoons, and that's saying something, because come on its Wetherspoons.
