      Pros

      An amazing community, great intelligent leadership, authentic intention to create space where both employees and business thrive. Opportunities to progress, learn and grow. Supportive leaders!

      Cons

      For some it can be a negative-this is a flat organization. There are no multiple levels of managers of managers and bureaucracy. You can and will grow laterally and skills-wise though with all the support that organization gives!

      Pros

      Turnitin’s mission is meaningful, and many employees genuinely care about supporting educators and students. There are thoughtful, hardworking colleagues across teams, and the remote flexibility is a plus. The products are strong and well-known in the edtech space. Pros: •Mission-driven work •Dedicated colleagues, most are really great •Remote flexibility

      Cons: •Below-market compensation (especially in high-cost areas) •Constant, ongoing structural challenges •Raises lag inflation •Limited growth opportunities •Executive messaging feels disconnected from reality •Under-resourced teams •Organizational silos
