Flexibility in schedule and good communication

Some of the paperwork deadlines were inconvenient

I worked at Turning Pointe Services Inc and loved my job! Worked there for the Morganton office in NC under the supervision of the CEO of company MR. Tom Brittian. Wonderful guy and great job. I later was laid off after working approx four years when the state made some budget cuts to plan of care adendums for certain clients through the ongoing CAPP MR/DD WAIVER systems. At that time with budgets cut, job placements we're cut. However, the company made quite an impression upon my family and I wholeheartedly so I then became actively involved once more with the agency in order to hire them to oversee my child's yearly allotted slot for services. Kudos to this company for the integrity and understanding morality of the disabled populations desires and needs. Very well done.

Various shifts and PRN hours are absolutely a requirement whenever you are not backed by a secondary relief agent ..
