Pay is low. Everyone makes different pay. No pay scale.

They pretty much leave you alone.

They leave you alone too much. You pretty much do everything on your own with very little guidance. Big things happen concerning employees with them not in the loop, no emails, no heads up, just "Here is what we are doing now." There is no growth, just work. No 401k matching or percentage, might as well call it a savings account.
