Pros
this is the best retail environment I have ever worked in. The company is so giving and understanding. I've worked at nearly every location and it is similar across them all. We all work well together to increase sales and help customers. Not to mention we have the best customers who are so kind and fun. A lot of the customers have been shopping there for 20+ years. There's a community aspect that is like no other. It is a large family business that is inspiring and kind. I feel comfortable and supported. The merchandise is fun and exciting not to mention sustainable. Every shift I feel I have of great service to customers and my coworkers which is so satisfying. The owners core values are reflected in every store and we are always taking care of.
