      Flexible work schedule The people are great Growth Opportunities

      Cons

      Ownership is retired but still involved. They have 1 foot in and 1 foot out. They make bad decisions based on their own beliefs and it negatively impacts the company. They also put far too many resources into the company they acquired and not enough focus on their core business. Job duties are not set in stone and are extremely fluctuating all the time.

      Pros

      I'm my own boss due to Management only contacts me if I contact them. I work at a really nice jail with great CO's and staff.

      Cons

      Management rarely communicates upgrades or anything for that matter. Canteen orders/filled wrong all the time Short staffed. Very difficult to get a Tech on site to fix machines.
