Thank you for taking time to submit your feedback. I agree, our culture is fast-paced. When we move quickly, there may be times things aren’t communicated as clearly as they should. Communication is important to us and one way we try to ensure we consistently communicate to all team members is through Quarterly Huddles and team meetings. These meetings allow senior management to inform the Turn5 team about key initiatives, business updates and other important company and cultural updates. Our associates ask questions and discuss concerns during these meetings and the CEO requires each leader of a functional area, such as IT, ecommerce, product, etc. to be present at these meetings to answer questions and resolve concerns directly for the associates. You noted that you are not clear on expectations. I encourage you to bring these concerns directly to your manager and ask for clarity. It is important that your manager knows you are unclear and it will give each of you the opportunity to work through the muck and come out working together in the same direction. If you don’t think your concerns are addressed after meeting with your manager, please come talk with me and I will help you get the answers to need. Nancy Adams, Chief People Officer 610-240-5111

Cons

Back to back, bonus too high to achieve, can’t change shifts, don’t employ enough people to handle how many callers. Pay is way too low to live off
