There are many examples during the day, in the week/month/year of employees demonstrating one of our core values of “being a team player.” It’s nice to hear that it doesn’t go unnoticed. In the areas Turn5 can do better, we hear you. It’s important to have a sense of clear ownership and accountability of roles and responsibilities within employee
groups. As the company continues to grow with an eye on profitability and a commitment to structure ourselves from a small to mid-sized company, we can’t lose focus on acknowledging the individuals who get us there every day. This makes perfect sense and is a continued point of focus for us.
