Pros
Originally, the work was plenty but exciting with exceptionally smart contributors in each department. Great team building events. Much maligned CEO is actually an earnest, inspiring guy who values his employees.
Cons
In the absence of a strong leader, executive management collapsed. No accurate information is disseminated to staff. Morale is now poor, but the company is poorer. Five rounds of layoffs, and counting, losing high quality people...with each round described by management as the last one. And yet, the well paid dead weight remains. Hmmm.
