Pros

Remote work and schedule flexibility are easily the best things about working here. I can work from wherever I want, set my own hours, and that's made a real difference in my quality of life. The projects are interesting too. They tend to be complex and fast-moving, so you're always learning something new. There are also opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities, which is great if you're looking to grow in that direction. If you like variety and don't mind adapting quickly, it's a good fit. You also get to work with people from all over the world, and the company seems genuinely inclusive.

Cons

Most projects offer great flexibility, but a few didn't, and that seemed to depend more on client requirements than on Turing itself. There are some growth opportunities, like taking on leadership roles, but there isn't a formal career ladder yet. No documentation on levels, no clear path for progression, nothing that tells you what you need to do to move up. Some projects I've been on were very delivery-focused, sometimes at the expense of team well-being. It didn't feel like a one-off thing either, more like something the company could improve on. Compensation is fair but could be more competitive. Benefits cover the basics but lack some perks that are standard in the local market.

There are no Pros to working with Turing

Cons

It’s a very useless company that underpays. They select talents from Africa so they can pay cheap labour. They spend months resolving issues pertaining fees and disputes and reserve the right to hold off on your payment if they see fit. Very poor customer service, they have Alan their automated bot to respond to everything. Zero accountability Takes forever to get matched and paired to a new project even when you are qualified.
