No pros honestly the company will always lie to you about pay and incentives to make more money. Then tell you after doing it there’s no money currently so they can’t give you an increase. But then hold a conference all telling you they had this biggest year ever every year.
Cons
They will expect you to give your entire life to the company. If you take a moment to your self or to be with your family you’re fired.
