Pros
Tupperware sells and develops innovative and iconic products and is a household name the world over. They offer competitive benefits and a hybrid work environment if you live close enough to the home office.
Cons
A lot of the fun traditions that brought a sense of company pride have fallen by the wayside due to more remote work and stark budget cuts. Certain departments are very understaffed and it has left me burnt out and feeling neglected. I haven't had a proper salary increase in over 2 years in spite of my exemplary performance and supervisor reviews.
