Pros
I worked there for more than ten years. Before this year, management was great and workload was challenging. I looked forward to going to work. I would have recommended it to anyone.
Cons
It was a great place to work until a falsified departmental audit turned everything upside down last year. New management was brought in who seem to be in the current elected officials pockets and have made some pretty bad decisions that really have not done a thing to improve our department. I'd go so far to say that morale has never been lower and never has so much money been wasted. It feels like we were being spied on and under constant scrutiny.
