Smart people, cool technology, fast paced environment
Cons
Tulip is very good at marketing themselves. They look really nice and shiny from the outside. Their Product looks nice and the technology is great. They will sell you on their vision and ask you to take a paycut. But if you spend time here you realize that they don’t care about their employees. They did not pay out any commission to their sales people for over 9 months, every time sales people asked they would say “it’s coming next week.” This seems to be a common thing because several individuals mentioned that other people left the company for this reason. They still owe me a five figure commission. Be careful.
