Pros
They have kept going through a very bad recession, keeping the work levels coming in. If you can get it, the uniform is regularly updated and practical.
Cons
Bullies, Expected/demanded, through loopholes in employment contracts, to work over your time without anyextra pay wwhich is, on average, 2 hours each night, 4-5 nights a week, (10 consecutive months, 2014/2015), more heavy freight than parcels, high staff turnover, health & safety issues with heavily pressured staff leading to unnecessary arguments and accidents, a few only a whisker away from death, the list is ongoing.
