      There are no pros at this job! None!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would.

      Cons

      CEO is horrific! 3rd world countries and Socialists have better leaders. Doesn’t care about his employees or their families! Tufco sold the Newton plant and didn’t have the backbone to tell us himself. A memo was sent that we all were no longer employees and we no longer had insurance the very same day. I dedicated 25 years to this place!! When these people bought us out 5 yrs ago is the day this place went down hill.

      A truly great place to work. I have been with the company for almost 10 years Started from the bottom and worked my way up. There is alot of opportunities here.

      Decent pay Nice people Good management Some of management is bilingual Diverse

      Cons

      Safety isnt thought about by those you work with. They do dumb things and get hurt. There's a couple bad eggs
