Pros
a lot of great counselors work there and some are incredibly supportive and helpful. There is a lot of desire to expand and become one of the best counseling centers in the region.
Cons
because of their desire to expand, they continually outgrow themselves; I was forced to counsel sometimes in the KITCHEN because there were not enough offices. It was like musical offices sometimes; I would have to move one client halfway through a session to another office. Ridiouclous for professionalism. Tom Tueller does not really care who any of the new counselors are; he didn't even know my name for months and constantly called me another name. I would come to him with concerns and he completely dismissed me and told me that if I had major concerns, I needed to figure them out myself and stop complaining. Horrible rapport and morale. I would soon rather die than ever go back there and work for someone who doesn't care about his staff and just wants to make money, money, money, money. What a rat.
