Pros

Absolutely nothing about this place has a positive review.

Cons

Zero training during on-boarding, management wont provide resources for success; yet management will discipline for lack of results. Upper management cannot lead people. Instead they perform unethically. RFPs are bought and staged fir appearances. Supervisors and managers are part of a "boy club" "mean girl entourage." Anyone not part of these groups, no matter your work ethic and skill set, are at risk of being a scapegoat. Many employees fired or forced to retire due to someone's pride getting threatened. So many long tenor employees with exceptional talent was forced to leave. HR is corrupt. Legal is also corrupt. Be careful they will sabotage your reputation internally and externally.

Pros

TEP is very flexible with its schedule, allowing interns to focus on school and take time off work when needed. My direct managers/supervisors were super knowledgeable and helpful whenever I needed help; my team was amazing.

Cons

There's a lot of management that gets in the way of getting actual work done. Sometimes, you'll look around and question what everyone actually does, and at times, you will feel as if nothing ever gets done. Pay is on the lower side for engineering interns.
