      Company is very secure and profitable. Provides profit sharing, 401k, good insurance. Company recognizes employees. Company promotes within. Provides health incentives. Provides training for job promotions

      Cons

      Workload is heavy. Micro-management is a problem. The pay for specialized jobs doesn't seem to reflect same jobs elsewhere in the industry

      Okay place to work. Good people on the floor. Good work experience.

      Cons

      Management is not good. If you're no in the "inner circle" then you cannot advance your career. Never give people hired in a chance to move up, always hired from the outside. Toxic management.
