Flexible timing but demands weekend work - Software Engineer II Tsworks Employee Review

There are absolutely no pros

tsworks is officially based in Texas (the headquarters is someone's house on Google Maps), but they operate entirely from India (cameras off). This is a classic bait and switch, unfortunately. They began with a few smaller projects, paid on time, but only through Zelle, despite boasting an international presence. After being brought on for a larger project, I was refused payment halfway through and, on the heels of the invoice dispute, was terminated (which is is illegal). Beware!

The company offers a very positive and supportive work environment. The culture encourages teamwork, learning, and open communication. The management is approachable and values employee feedback. Teams are cooperative and always ready to help, which makes the work atmosphere comfortable and motivating. Flexible working hours allow for a good work-life balance, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow professionally.

The only downside is that sometimes you need to stretch yourself to meet deadlines.
