2yGreat feedback! We still do the weekly meetings. We call them the Voice of the Customer meeting where all employees get to champion their own needs/changes and the needs/changes of the people they provide a service to. Very much a town hall meeting where every employee gets to be heard on any area of improvement and followed up with real action items and accountability. It helps when all are involved and have ownership of what we are doing together.
