- It's a startup - joint venture between ARM, G&D. They have a good product - a software security platform that acts like a bank vault. If one wants to know about security and mobile embedded platform, there are lot of things to learn here. - Help with immigration - Very easy interview - work from home

- Pay is 30-40% less than market rate for software engineers in the California Bay Area - They promised me 2-3 weeks training at their development center in France. It was cancelled. - Poor infrastructure. They don't provide network access at their office. You have to use your cell phone data plan to connect to Trustonic network. Their VPN network frequently used to go down. IT support was very difficult to get. - Job responsibilities and advertised job description were entirely different. I was hired for Software development engineer, actually I was doing customer integration and application engineering. - No well defined way to measure productivity. There were no status meeting, no well defined work items. No status reports etc. - Randomly fires people. If you get a job here ask if it's a replacement.
