Pros

Trusted has been my favorite staffing agency to work for because they embrace doing things differently—and here, different truly means better. There’s no room for complacency; the team is constantly evolving and improving. While change is frequent, it’s purposeful, and over the past year we’ve continued to grow at a time when many healthcare staffing companies have struggled. What stands out most is the company’s commitment to doing right by both its internal team and the clinicians we support.

Cons

Working remotely in such a fast-evolving environment can be challenging at times, as the pace of change requires strong adaptability and proactive communication to stay aligned.

Pros

Once you figure out their app, things are pretty easy and smooth. They have your back and work with you to get you what you’re looking for. Being able to initiate the process to apply by just hitting a button is much easier than trying to get a recruiter on the phone when you know the job will go fast. The website is well set up, so once you’ve loaded all your info in, it’s a nice easy place to keep track of licenses, certs, vaccines, etc.

Cons

Only con is that app, once I was having an issue but kept getting an obvious bot response even though I had typed a very detailed summary. I lost it and said I wanted a live person to talk to not social media bs when it dealt with my paycheck. The phone rang in about 60:seconds so there’s that. This is probably a better company for a traveler with some experience, you do have to know where to push thru sometimes, not a lot of handholding so if you’re new and unsure of yourself take that into consideration.
