      * Great Work-Life Balance * Amazing Manager * Leadership That Actually Cares * Transparent and Honest Communication * Competitive Pay * You Are a Person First, Employee Second * The Best Work Culture I Have Ever Experienced!

      Cons

      The only cons I can think of is I wish we had a little more PTO. But with the flexibility offered, it works out! And because it is a fairly small company, career advancement opportunities are few but people are promoted from within often and you are given many opportunities to expand your skills and grow within your position.

      Pros

      Collaborative, diverse and team-centric company that offers flexibility of remote work and interesting, challenging work with clients from all over the country. My work life balance has never been this positive.

      Cons

      I honestly cannot think of a con for working with Trupp.

      Pros

      This is a friendly company full of upbeat people, and the work is fully remote, which is nice. They also strive for full transparency about salaries.

      Cons

      I really enjoyed my time with Trupp HR but it ended very suddenly. I was concerned that I wasn't performing well, and asked my supervisor about this several times, but I was always told things were fine. Then one day I was fired suddenly -- no warning, no chance for an improvement plan -- and this came less than 24 hours after my supervisor and I laid out plans for our work over the next three months. So, something happened. But there was no transparency here. It was a shock.
