Days/Hours worked. Well paying and holidays off.
Cons
There is poor upper-level management. The superintendent does very little, and the assistant superintendent does the majority of the upper-level management. The assistant superintendent does little to help superintendents across the county. He's a slick talker with little action to back up his words. The curriculum supervisors do the bulk of the work and yet they have very little say in making changes, even when they are often the direct eyes and ears of teachers, principals, and superintendents.
