Pros
The people...the "no a**hole" policy is one I heard about before I interviewed, seemed to be true of all the people that I met with during interview and is definitely true now I am working there. Not only are there no a**holes, but also the smartest bunch of people I have ever worked with. Beyond the people, the challenges i have been given and the autonomy to address them has been great. Looking forward to the next 90 days and beyond.
Cons
It's not for the faint hearted. Even in the first 90 days the challenges have kept on coming. But I like it that way.
