Pros

Higher end of pay for the industry They will promote anyone willing to play parrot.

Cons

They value numbers over employees and clients. They forced a "promotion" on tellers without pay increase. Taking us off the teller line for a week short staffing our teller lines and adding stress to the clients. Then forcing us to use a stupid tool/ wannabe AI that in reality is a giant waste of both the banker and the clients time. The computer systems are down way too often. Everytime they do an "improvement" it only ends up making the process more tedious and time consuming for the client. We all saw that credit card debacle from a mile away. I dont get why everything is rushed and poorly executed. Leadership is in the process of moving more of our teammates jobs to India. Don't even get me started on the outdated systems. Acadia is a joke and everything else is buggy and convoluted.

Pros

Great benefits and pay with very good training programs, lots of opportunities for growth

Cons

The culture struggles to figure itself out after the big merger. Lots of senior employees were bitter about younger/new hires getting paid well. Lots of dealing with hierarchal mindsets that get in the way of the actual work.
