      Pros

      Decent work life balance, good benefits, PTO is good. Lots of room for growth and license sponsorship if needed.

      Cons

      Very high stress and high call volume environment. Little time between calls is expected with a demand for in person (though not client facing). Parking is expensive even with their subscription. Low pay

      Pros

      Great benefits and pay with very good training programs, lots of opportunities for growth

      Cons

      The culture struggles to figure itself out after the big merger. Lots of senior employees were bitter about younger/new hires getting paid well. Lots of dealing with hierarchal mindsets that get in the way of the actual work.
