Pros
It's hard to come up with any, maybe the coworkers but who knows when they'll be fired! Food is good for a week or two.
Cons
Lied about so many different things it's hard to know when they're telling the truth.
Constant changing of schedules including last minute for big holidays.
Violation of contract laws in California.
No accountability for their own mistakes but god forbid you make one.
Their business model is failing after covid and propped up by investors who will not get any returns.
Toxic chef culture carried over to a workplace that doesn't require it.
Their finances are so unstable, it's no wonder why they can't keep their employees.
Everyone who works or who has worked here is so afraid of challenging Tyler and Jason, which continues to foster a negative space.
Emotional manipulation, one day you're integral to the success of the company, other times you're one mistake away from being let go for not wanting to "fight for your job"
The only positive reviews on glassdoor are from Tyler or Jason's executive assistant lol.
Nepotism reigns supreme, if one of Jason or Tyler's friends need a job, you're gonna be gone sooner rather than later.
Unprofessional in every way, HR is not your friend.
