Dear Former Employee, Thank you for taking the time to review our company. However, I am confused by your review. It is completely against our beliefs to try and “trick” anyone into anything, and I personally think it is impossible to get anyone to do anything they don’t what to do… especially for over a year. We are very transparent and proud of the fact that we have a performance based pay structure and that everyone starts in a face to face sales role working directly with customers.
