Pros
Great place to work, filled with smart people. Since being a small company, we move very fast. It gives me the opportunity to pick up projects in areas where I like. We deal with a lot of clients, so a lot of forward-facing, client-facing activities as well, and also we have a really good engineering team. We have a fully remote culture and you get to own your work end to end
Cons
Depends on perspectives, I loved working here because of exposure to multiple things. Often people are not comfortable by the speed at which we move as some things require discussion. I'm not really a discussion type so don't care. But some like having deep discussions before moving forward, again depends on your co-workers.
