Pros

- Friendly group of people - Large open office - Good location just off March Rd - Easy parking - Overtime was not expected - Product was easy to use

Cons

- Market was saturated with competition that all did the exact same thing - Heard "we're a start-up" far too many times as an excuse for poor performance... the companies been around for something like 15 years - No vision from management - Management works the bare minimum amount of hours they can, always leaving early or showing up late - Management's part-time job is collecting airmiles - Bunch of Managers and Directors that don't think they need to do the work themselves - Product management was disruptive to the business, and pretty dysfunctional.. it got so bad that we'd avoid meetings with the Director of product management - Was told the company was about to turn a profit, but I found out that's been the story for years This company is not going to stay on my resume

Pros

Overall great people and great product that can revolutionize a business if used properly. Saves time and money to get information to people quickly.

Cons

Poor management, title and role in the company cross over which leads to one person doing many different jobs from training and support to sales. As a new employee getting up to speed is hard because there really isn't any training, more baptism by fire. They also try to be all things to all customer types which has employees doing more work for smaller accounts than they would for large ones because of all the hand holding needed.
