Pros

There really are none. Do not work here.

Cons

The CEO continuously and frequently speaks down to the employees to a point where it boarders on verbal abuse. Much is asked, but little is given in return. Most of my coworkers and I work 12 hour days, with no bonuses that were promised upon employment and not even a thank you. Most work is now being outsourced to the Philippines, and through no fault of their own, they really don’t know what they are doing. While attending a going away party a while back my fellow coworkers were congratulating the person leaving, not for their new opportunity, but for “finally escaping this hellscape.” For a company trying (and mostly failing) to transition into the mental health field, they could really care less about their employees’ mental health, or really even that of their clients so long as they are bringing in revenue. Leadership does not care to listen to genuine concerns and HR is a joke because the CEO has her hands so tied that she (yes, one person in HR) really has no idea what is happening on any given day. There is no real structure, no really accountability, and absolutely no sustainability within TrueCare. Every person I have worked with here that has this far kept it afloat has left and I am looking forward to doing the same. If you care about your mental health or career building opportunities, do not work for this company.
