Scientist in company are working hard to improve human health.

Lots to learn, great coworkers, good PTO for the most part.

Benefits (healthcare, stock options, 401k) were bad. Worse than industry standards. My team was laid off without warning and was told to vacate by the end of the day. Management is very unprofessional and toxic.
